At Claroty, our technology strategy is focused on solving real-world cyber-physical security problems at scale through robust, distributed, cloud-native architectures. We design and evolve a unified platform that serves as the technological backbone for all Claroty products, delivering deep visibility across CPS environments—without disrupting critical operations. Our architecture emphasizes scalability, resilience, and extensibility to support both cloud and on-prem deployments.

About the Role:

In this role, you will leverage advanced AI methodologies and data-driven insights to enhance our platform's capabilities and streamline core product workflows. You will own the product vision and roadmap for your domain, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals. This role requires strong product thinking, practical experience with AI tools, and close collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to drive innovation in the CPS space.

Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, your impact will be:

  • Product Discovery & Delivery: Empower the product team to discover and build viable solutions to complex problems, embedding AI-driven capabilities to deliver intelligent automation and delight customers.
  • Lifecycle Ownership: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from collecting feedback and defining requirements to ensuring successful releases.
  • AI & Workflow Optimization: Drive the practical application of AI within your domain, utilizing AI tools and methodologies for day-to-day data analysis, workflow acceleration, and product enhancement.
  • Strategic Roadmap: Play a key role in the product roadmap planning and prioritization process, synthesizing inputs into a clear product definition.
  • Go-To-Market Partnership: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive product adoption and support global GTM efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across horizontal R&D teams to ensure scalable, AI-powered, and cohesive product delivery.

Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Background: 4+ years of relevant experience as a Product Manager
  • A significant advantage will be given to candidates with experience in advanced authorization models, authentication, and third-party integration.
  • AI Skills & Execution: Practical knowledge of AI/ML concepts or LLMs, with a proven track record of using AI tools to optimize daily product management workflows and decision-making.
  • Proven Execution: A track record of managing successful products throughout their full lifecycle in high-growth 'Scale-up' environments.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong business acumen with experience in data-driven decision-making and analyzing user needs/workflows.
  • Methodology Mastery: Deep familiarity with Scrum methodologies and the ability to translate complex technical and AI-related requirements into actionable user stories.
  • Interpersonal Excellence: Strong collaboration skills and excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Technical Advantage: A BSc degree or a strong grasp of Exposure Management and networking architecture (Nice to have).
