Responsibilities

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Your impact will be:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process in a rapidly growing tech business unit.
  • Work closely with hiring managers at all levels to understand their business objectives and hiring needs. Become their trusted advisor, provide guidance, and help them build excellent teams.
  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Create innovative and scalable sourcing and hiring strategies to meet business goals.
  • Walk candidates through our process with up-to-date communication and top-notch candidate experience.
  • Take part and lead a cross organizational recruiting initiative promoting different topics like candidate experience, Onboarding, employer brand, etc.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in tech fields from a high-tech company - must.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for technical roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Collaborator and a team player - ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to follow up and get things done in a fast-moving and changing environment.
  • Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
