The job :
- As Procurement team member, you will be an active contributor to develop and sustain supplier relationship management processes, procedure and associated metrics to drive continuous improvements for inbound Supply Chain, Quality and Service.
- Deal with effectiveness : work collaboratively with members of the Supply Chain organization and wider business stakeholders to contribute on continuous improvement in all aspects of supply of goods and services
- Pro active to propose improvement in procurement processes and procedures to ensure continuity of service , consistency of work tasks and digitization in relation with Procurement Operational Specialist.
Your responsibilities :
- Represent Procurement for MRO-Spare parts-PPE (components and services/ capex-opex) activity in front of our main internal Stakeholders : Maintenance-Operation-Construction-Quality-HSE-Warehousing. Large scope of needs for our Giga factory representing more than 1000 manufacturing equipments is organized in 15 different sub families (> 50 000 items).
- The category Strategy is defined jointly with key Stakeholders (multi sites) and Category Leader, you will be part of the Team.
- Implement sourcing and appropriate way of buying with the different needs and organization. Define optimization plan in End to End approach to reduce leadtime on the full process of acquisition (Total Cost Ownership).
- Drive sourcing action for the different needs expressed by internal Stakeholders (classic, critical items), develop and challenge an efficient Supplier Panel in line with the Category Leader guidance. -Using the most efficient process for giving autonomy and time saving for the requester and buyer.
- Run dedicated action on critical classified items, following analysis with Stakeholders (tactical way of buying, storage, etc). Part number creation for critical items going to MRP approach.
- Contribute with the Team to develop our processes: Supplier Qualification (eg audits, survey,grid) , Supplier Evaluation for appropriate category (SRM).
Requirements - Qualifications and skills :
- Ideally Master Degree in Procurement Management (or/and Engineer degree).
- Experienced in Digital solution to procure items and services on fast and efficient way of buying : punch out catalog, market place, dealing between internalization/externalization.
- Familiar with large scope of Category but especially : catalog spares parts, metrology, logistic equipment, Tooling , HVAC, PPE, drawings sparts parts (machining, electro erosion, …).
- Procurement digital : ERP system like SAP, Sourcing platform including Microsoft applications
- Familiar with Procurement Operation (P2P, Source to Pay, Source to Contract)
- Good communication skills (written, presentation)
