We have an exciting opportunity as Equipment Quality Engineer based in our VIC (Verkor Innovation Center) in Grenoble. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance of the equipment with Verkor's expectations. You will embrace the goal of building and structuring Verkor as the most advanced battery manufacturing company in the world !
Nous recherchons activement un.e Ingénieur.e Qualité Équipements basé.e au sein de notre VIC (centre d'innovation) à Grenoble. En tant que tel.le, vous êtes responsable de la conformité de l'équipement avec les attentes de Verkor. Vous avez à cœur de construire et de structurer Verkor comme l'entreprise de fabrication de batteries la plus avancée au monde !
Main responsibilities / Missions principales :
- 1. Contribute to the selection of equipment suppliers:
- Assess quality level of the supplier during RFI/RFQ
- Provide feedback to the Sourcing Committee
- 2. Provide methodology and support to the process teams by implementing the equipment project
- Ensure deliverables' maturity follow-up or milestones from the Process Deliverable List
- Validate documents compliance
- Confirm project gates achievement
- Solve quality issues during the project implementation phase, identify risks and mitigate or alert
- 3. Ensure that equipment will meet Verkor's requirements
- Being the owner of the completion of document deliveries related to quality
- MFMEA - Machine FMEA
- Contamination management: contamination map + cleanliness instructions
- Error detection system
- 4. Supplier on-site inspection
- FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) preparation: alignment of ongoing activities VS project schedule, parts procurement status and stock check, availability of resources (layout, human resources, equipment for assembly)
- Confirm maturity and consistency of Quality deliverables
- Support the process team during FAT on supplier site
- 1. Contribuer à la sélection des fournisseurs d'équipements :
- Évaluer le niveau de qualité du fournisseur lors des RFI/RFQ
- Fournir un retour d'information au comité d'approvisionnement
- 2. Fournir une méthodologie et un soutien aux équipes process en mettant en œuvre le projet d'équipement
- Assurer le suivi de la maturité des livrables ou des étapes de la liste des livrables process
- Valider la conformité des documents
- Confirmer la réalisation des points de contrôle du projet
- Résoudre les problèmes de qualité pendant la phase de mise en œuvre du projet, identifier les risques et les atténuer ou les signaler
- 3. S'assurer que l'équipement répondra aux exigences de Verkor
- Être le propriétaire de l'achèvement des livraisons de documents liés à la qualité
- MFMEA - Machine FMEA
- Gestion de la contamination : carte de contamination + instructions de propreté
- Système de détection des erreurs
- 4. Inspection sur site du fournisseur
- Préparation du FAT (Factory Acceptance Test): alignement des activités en cours sur le planning du projet, état de l'approvisionnement en pièces et vérification du stock, disponibilité des ressources (agencement, ressources humaines, équipement pour l'assemblage)
- Confirmer la maturité et la cohérence des livrables de qualité
- Soutenir l'équipe de processus pendant le FAT sur le site du fournisseur
Requirements / Prérequis :
- Master´s degree minimum in Industrial Engineering with experience in Li-ion battery cell manufacturing
- A proven track record of managing cross-functional teams
- Aptitude to engage and influence other functions involved in technical development
- Demonstrate the ability to act in a changing and fast-paced environment
- Effectively manage priorities, deliverables, and timelines with little need for escalation
- Continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset
- Highly organized, results- & customer-driven and an eye for detail
- Fluent in both English and French
- Formation de niveau bac+5 en génie industriel avec une expérience dans la fabrication de cellules de batteries Li-ion
- Expérience confirmée dans la gestion d'équipes multidisciplinaires
- Aptitude à engager et à influencer d'autres fonctions impliquées dans le développement technique
- Démontrer la capacité d'agir dans un environnement changeant et rapide
- Gérer efficacement les priorités, les produits à livrer et les délais, avec un faible besoin d'escalade
- Esprit d'amélioration continue et de résolution de problèmes
- Très bien organisé, axé sur les résultats et les clients et ayant le souci du détail
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
