We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team supporting us in the next phase following our Series B. AI is completely changing the manufacturing industry and we are at the forefront of this change. This is a huge opportunity for personal growth and growth within UnitX as we continue to make an impact on this industry. You will report directly to the BDR Manager in continuing our sales efforts.
What You’ll Do:
Utilize cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business leads in target markets.
Own early-stage conversations with key prospects, qualifying opportunities for the sales team.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of interested prospects, ensuring timely follow-up.
Share market feedback with sales and marketing to improve messaging and targeting.
Help refine and improve UnitX’s lead generation playbook, bringing new ideas to the table.
Mentor newer BDRs by sharing best practices and outreach strategies.
Who You Are:
1–2 years of BDR/SDR experience in manufacturing technology, industrial automation, robotics, AI, or a related field.
Strong communicator via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
Skilled at researching prospects, identifying key decision-makers, and starting strong business relationships.
Proactive, organized, and eager to contribute beyond individual quota.
Strong desire and ability to grow within a sales organization.
Compensation Range: $60K - $70K
