We are looking for a Product Manager specializing in AI and Imaging Software to support our AI team. This role involves collaboration with engineering, customers, and field operations to ensure successful product development and deployment across GenX and next-generation AI products.

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for AI and imaging software products, including GenX and future AI initiatives.

• Engage directly with customers to define product requirements and deliver optimal AI-driven solutions.

• Frequent travel to North American customer sites to facilitate deployment and gather continuous user feedback.

• Work closely with engineering teams to manage product lifecycles from conception to release.

• Establish and maintain a robust feedback loop from field implementation back to product development.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience managing AI, software, or imaging-related products.

• Solid understanding of AI software development and deployment processes.

• Demonstrated experience working in agile, fast-paced startup environments.

• Fluent in both English and Chinese.
