Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer who thrives at the intersection of backend systems, frontend interfaces, hardware-in-the-loop workflows, and advanced AI systems. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering robust, scalable applications that power intelligent automation solutions across a range of industrial settings.

Sample projects:

• Integrate advanced AI-based labeling tools into our AI model iteration platform

• Develop and optimize web-based 3D visualization and labeling system

• Own end-to-end feature development in our Generative AI platform for defect sample generation

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and responsive full-stack applications, from database to UI

• Develop intuitive web-based interfaces for AI model iteration, 2D/3D visualization and manufacturing data analytics

• Architect backend services (APIs, data pipelines, job orchestration) to support AI-driven inspection systems

• Collaborate with teams across 2D/3D vision, AI, Software, Hardware, Product Management, Design, etc to tightly integrate software with real-world systems

• Lead key initiatives in system architecture, code quality, performance optimization, and security

• Drive best practices in testing, CI/CD, and DevOps for fast and safe releases

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to an engineering culture of excellence and ownership

Our Tech Stack:

• Technical Domains: Deep learning, Computer vision, 3D imaging, Hardware, Edge computing, Cloud computing, Realtime systems, Industrial systems

• Frontend: React, Vue 3, TypeScript

• Backend: Python, Java, PostgreSQL, gRPC, PyTorch, OpenCV

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with strong skills in both frontend and backend

• Strong proficiency in a backend language such as Python or Java

• Strong proficiency in a frontend framework such as React or Vue

• Experience building complex data visualizations, 2D/3D image visualization and manipulation interfaces, and other sophisticated product workflows

• Familiarity with AI, vision, IoT, or hardware-integrated systems is a big plus

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or deep-tech environment is a plus

• Highly motivated self-starter who has a passion for the robotics, autonomous, deep learning startup space

• Clear communicator, independent thinker, and collaborative teammate
