Marketing Intern - Design & Marketing Lead Support (m/f/d)
Marketing & Communications, Design, Customer Service
Schönaich, Germany
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Synapticon develops and manufactures integrated motion control hardware and software for robotics and industrial automation. We are the only company building servo drives on a software-first principle — and the reference when it comes to functional safety in robots. We operate in one of the most exciting technology fields out there: humanoid robots, cobots, and Physical AI. Our marketing tells that story — technically grounded, visually strong, and international.
As an intern, you'll work directly with the Head of Marketing and support the team at the intersection of design and marketing operations. You'll create content that resonates with a highly technical, international audience (engineers, CTOs, robotics developers) — and keep the marketing lead's day-to-day running smoothly. This is not a coffee-run internship: you'll get real projects, genuine ownership, and insight into a globally operating tech company.
HERE'S WHERE YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
Design (Adobe Creative Suite): Create graphics, social media assets, presentation templates, flyers, and datasheets in the Synapticon brand — primarily with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Presentations: Prepare and design decks for trade shows, sales, webinars, and internal events
Social Media: Contribute to content for LinkedIn and beyond — from idea to visual to published post
Content: Support the production of marketing content (blog, news, campaign material, event communication)
SEO: Support search engine and AI optimization of website content (on-page, meta data, structured data)
Event Organization: Help plan and run trade shows, webinars, and events — from preparation through booth material to follow-up
Marketing Lead Support: Coordination, research, document preparation, and organizational support in day-to-day marketing
