Synapticon develops and manufactures integrated motion control hardware and software for robotics and industrial automation. We are the only company building servo drives on a software-first principle — and the reference when it comes to functional safety in robots. We operate in one of the most exciting technology fields out there: humanoid robots, cobots, and Physical AI. Our marketing tells that story — technically grounded, visually strong, and international.

As an intern, you'll work directly with the Head of Marketing and support the team at the intersection of design and marketing operations. You'll create content that resonates with a highly technical, international audience (engineers, CTOs, robotics developers) — and keep the marketing lead's day-to-day running smoothly. This is not a coffee-run internship: you'll get real projects, genuine ownership, and insight into a globally operating tech company.

  • Design: Create graphics, social media assets, presentation templates, flyers, and datasheets in the Synapticon brand — using tools like InDesign, Photoshop, or Canva (we'll train you)

  • Presentations: Prepare and design decks for trade shows, sales, webinars, and internal events

  • Social Media: Contribute to content for LinkedIn and beyond — from idea to visual to published post

  • Content: Support the production of marketing content (blog, news, campaign material, event communication)

  • Event Organization: Help plan and run trade shows, webinars, and events — from preparation through booth material to follow-up

  • Marketing Lead Support: Coordination, research, document preparation, and organizational support in day-to-day marketing

  • You study marketing, communications, media design, graphic design, or something comparable — Students from other fields are just as welcome if you’re interested in marketing

  • Interest in design and visual communication—some experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or InDesign is a plus, but not required. You’ll learn how to use the Adobe Creative Suite professionally here.

  • Excellent English is mandatory — our team and communication are international, and a large part of the work happens in English

  • Good English skills—our team and some of our communication are international

  • German language skills for internal collaboration

  • Reliable work ethic and a desire to learn new things—including technical topics

  • Real responsibility and your own projects from day 1

  • Direct collaboration with the marketing lead and a small, high-impact team

  • Insight into an international deep-tech company at the forefront of robotics

  • Flat hierarchies, short decision paths, and modern tools

  • A multicultural team from 25 nations

  • Flexible working hours when life takes unexpected turns
