- Working hands-on with our customers using the best and most interesting technologies
- Write and execute manual tests.
- Work with cutting-edge technologies such as Kafka, S3, Kubernetes, and more.
- Take ownership of testing environments and their deployments.
- Responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance.
- Train customers on best practices, useful features, and opportunities to optimize
- Work diligently with our technical teams (developers, PMs, and Research) to
and network problems as needed
- Use customer feedback and insights to improve our products, technical best practices,
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to develop effective
with existing accounts.
Must Have:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Support Engineer from the tech industry - a must
- Advanced Linux skills
Familiar with Networking over Linux.
You are familiar with Docker/Kubernetes.
Analyze and troubleshoot system health and debug capabilities.
- Familiar with SQL commands
- Familiar with API concepts and Postman
- High level of English - spoken and written
Advantages:
