Design, Automate, and Manage our complex, multi-region AWS infrastructure using Terraform (create, maintain, and use).

Collaborate closely with development teams on architecture design, resource planning, feature requests and root-cause analysis to ensure efficient and reliable product delivery.

Act as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting and debugging complex production issues across our microservices, EKS, and IoT- Greengrass environments.

Implement and manage a GitOps workflow using ArgoCD for robust, automated, and auditable deployments of our microservices to Kubernetes.

Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to manage service pipelines, automated versioning, and promotions across multiple environments (e.g., development, staging, prod).

Implement and manage solutions for fast-response services, including advanced load balancing, auto-scaling, and service discovery.

3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or in a similar infrastructure-focused role.

Proven experience in a highly collaborative role, working directly with developers on design, troubleshooting, and support.

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for complex, distributed systems.

Deep hands-on expertise with AWS, especially EKS, EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, and IAM.

Experience with AWS IoT services (Greengrass, IoT Core) and managing infrastructure for connected devices.

Proven experience with Terraform - building and managing production-grade infrastructure as code.

Strong experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, specifically for automated versioning and promoting services between environments.

Hands-on experience with GitOps principles and tools, specifically ArgoCD, for managing Kubernetes deployments.

Hands-on experience implementing and managing monitoring and observability stacks e.g. Prometheus and Grafana.

Deep operational knowledge of Kubernetes, including cluster management, networking, and scaling microservices.

Experience supporting fast-response, highly-available production systems for growing products.

Solid experience with multi-region architecture and deployment strategies.
