Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team and drive excellence in supply chain management and inventory control. In this role, you will be responsible for goods receiving, labeling, handling, storing, counting, and other inventory related activities to ensure continuous supply to all of our internal department customers.

Your expertise will help setup new Kanban replenishment systems, optimize stock levels, improve process efficiencies, and organize our storage. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where team work, communication, data analytics, logistics, and materials handling play a pivotal role in our success.

Duties

• Conduct our material handling and distribution of materials throughout our facilities.
• Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize our ERP system to keep track of inventory, transfer materials, and keep track of consumption.
• Set up new Kanban bin systems, to add to our existing Kanban's.
• Conduct Daily Rounds to make sure all inventory is full. Identify shortages and trigger reorders.
• Help with shipping & receiving, materials handling, order fulfillment, and forklift operation for heavy lifting tasks.
• Hands-on experience with materials handling equipment including forklifts; certification preferred.
• Familiarity with logistics operations such as shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, production planning, and materials management.
• Regular lifting and moving materials is part of the job. You will be on your feet for a good portion of the shift. Required steel-toed boots will be provided.

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
