As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be a crucial part of the team! You'll be working in a fast-paced environment and will be required to quickly develop, optimize, validate, and deploy manufacturing processes. You should be comfortable learning new systems quickly, supporting production, and iterating on processes to improve product quality, yield, and scalability.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for ECAM product build team
- Support production build, test, and scale-up of ECAM equipment and subsystems
- Supplier quality communication with NCR's, SCAR's, and Quality Alerts
- Define manufacturing workflows, tooling, user-acceptance test, and work instructions
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, yield, quality, and throughput
- Key stakeholder in design reviews responsible for Dfx
- Manage Manufacturing BOMs and product structure
- Lead process validation efforts and support new product introductions (NPI)
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and perform root cause analysis
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- Experienced with manufacturing and supporting new product introduction (NPI)
- 0-5 years of engineering experience
- Proficiency developing SOPs, Quality Alerts, production routers, and other manufacturing documentation for industrial machines
- Ability to use structured problem-solving methods and mentor others
- Demonstrated hands-on building electromechanical equipment and troubleshooting experience
- Experience resolving supplier quality issues
- Experience in troubleshooting software, firmware, & PCBs inside of electromechanical assemblies a plus
- Experience outsourcing complex assemblies to contract manufacturers a plus

Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications. The expected salary range for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 annually.
