As a Nanofabrication Process Technician, you'll be a crucial part of the team! You’ll be working directly on fabricating our core technology!

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate nanofabrication and characterization equipment to execute process steps to consistently produce semiconductor devices to a high level of quality.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records of production activities.
• Work closely with the production manager to meet weekly production goals and yield quotas.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemistry, Physics, Nanoengineering; or a related field.
• Proven experience in nanofabrication or microfabrication processes in a production cleanroom environment.
• High attention to detail and note taking skills.
• Experience with mass production nanofabrication tools with automated cassette loading and robotic arms such as cluster tools.
• Operational experience of nanofabrication and characterization toolsets including but not limited to: spin coating, photolithography, wet development, spin rinse drying, liftoff, optical microscopes, ellipsometry, contact profilometry.
• Experience handling hazardous chemicals for wet processing such as HF or BOE.
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced research and development environment with ability to adapt and learn new processes quickly.
• 0-2 years of proven related industry experience, with non-academic research experience a plus

Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications. The expected salary range for this role is $48,000 to $62,000 annually.
