We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Support Technician to join our growing team in Haifa. You will be the first point of contact for all IT support requests in the office and will also assist remote employees as needed. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on user support, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will work closely with our IT Manager in Israel and an IT Technician supporting our US team, gaining valuable exposure to international IT operations while developing your technical skills.

A Day In Your Life

  • User Support: Provide first-level technical support for employees in the Haifa office and remote staff, including troubleshooting issues with laptops, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux is a plus), and applications.
  • Remote Assistance: Deliver responsive support to employees using remote support tools such as TeamViewer or similar platforms.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with employee lifecycle tasks (account setup/closure, equipment preparation, software access).
  • Asset Management: Maintain IT inventory (laptops, peripherals, accessories) and ensure employees have the right equipment.
  • Office IT Operations: Set up, configure, and maintain workspace, troubleshoot Wi-Fi and network issues, and support A/V systems in meeting rooms.
  • Documentation & Procedures: Follow IT checklists and maintain clear, updated documentation of support processes.

What You Bring

Required:

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT help-desk or technical support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows and macOS (Linux familiarity is a plus).
  • Experience providing remote support.
  • Good understanding of networking basics and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • High level of customer service and communication skills, friendly, patient, and solution-oriented.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Nice to Have (Advantages):

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or other SaaS/Cloud management tools.
  • Experience with identity providers (e.g., JumpCloud).
  • Knowledge of conference room A/V systems and Zoom.
  • Experience with IT onboarding/offboarding processes.
