As the Group Product Manager for Machine Coverage, you will lead the strategic evolution of Augury’s asset coverage product portfolio, driving scale, reliability, and customer value. You’ll manage a team of Product Managers and collaborate closely with Engineering, Go-to-Market, and customer-facing teams, including direct engagement with strategic customers and Design Partners. Your mandate is to expand support for a growing range of asset types, ensure cost-effective and dependable data collection, and unlock insights from an increasingly rich and diverse data landscape.
A Day In Your Life
- Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers (PMs), providing clarity, coaching, and accountability to help them thrive and deliver outcomes.
- Own the Strategy: Define and evolve the Machine Coverage product strategy and roadmap, aligned with company goals, customer needs, and cross-functional inputs.
- Drive Execution: Ensure high-quality delivery across discovery, development, GTM, and post-launch performance.
- Partner for Impact: Collaborate closely with Engineering and Data Science to deliver scalable, reliable solutions with speed and precision.
- GTM Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape messaging, pricing, packaging, and enablement that drive adoption and growth.
- Customer-Centric Discovery: Engage directly with strategic customers and Design Partners to deeply understand pain points and validate solutions.
- Measure & Iterate: Define success metrics and use data (qualitative and quantitative) to inform prioritization and product decisions.
- Manage Risk & Dependencies: Proactively identify cross-portfolio risks, dependencies, and blockers—and work cross-functionally to mitigate them.
- Contribute Beyond Your Lane: Help shape broader product strategy, organizational processes, and inter-pillar collaboration.
What You Bring
- 8–10+ years of experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS, IoT, or cross-disciplinary tech environments.
- 2+ years of direct people management experience; track record of developing high-performing PM teams.
- Strong product sense and customer empathy, with a record of building enterprise-grade solutions that delivered measurable results.
- Full lifecycle ownership: from strategy to delivery to GTM execution and outcomes.
- Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams, especially Engineering, GTM, and external partners.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience building portfolio-level GTM strategies and working closely with commercial teams.
- Decisive and analytical, comfortable making trade-offs in complex systems.
- Willingness to travel as needed (e.g., U.S.-based customer visits and ~2 international trips per quarter).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with AI, deep tech, or hardware/software product integrations.
- Familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, or asset-heavy environments.
Entrepreneurial background or experience in GM-type roles.

The pay range for this position is $200,000.00 to $250,000.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
