We are looking for an Business Analyst to join our Strategy & Operations team. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, process optimization, and strategic execution, helping AiDASH scale its customer delivery and internal operations efficiently. You will work across business functions—Customer Success, R&D, and Product—to identify bottlenecks, derive insights, and enable faster, data-backed decisions that improve cost, schedule, and customer outcomes.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify, define, and solve key business and operational challenges
  • Build and maintain analytical models and dashboards to track portfolio health, delivery metrics, and operational performance
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for leadership
  • Design and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, throughput, and customer delivery timelines
  • Support the creation of the Program Management Office (PMO) playbook—tools, practices, and reporting mechanisms
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and accountability
  • Use GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to automate workflows and enhance reporting
  • Continuously explore innovative, data-driven approaches to problem-solving that drive measurable impact


What
We’re Looking For:

  • 0–3 years of experience in business analytics, consulting, process excellence, or program management roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Mathematics) from a Tier-1 institution (IIT, NIT, BITS, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable frameworks
  • Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python/R, or other analytics tools is a plus
  • Comfort working with large datasets and creating dashboards (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects independently
