How you'll make an impact:

Gather and organise geospatial operations productivity and quality data from multiple sources, including internal teams and outsourced partners.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency while managing large datasets.
Conducted statistical and trend analysis to identify insights and patterns in operations data.
Compare performance metrics and identify correlations between productivity and quality indicators.
Develop predictive models to support business strategies.
Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to track performance and key KPIs.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Provide recommendations to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities to automate data collection and reporting processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data workflows and reduce bottlenecks.

What we're looking for:

3–5 years of experience in data analysis.
Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis .
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in working with large set of structured and unstructured business operations data tools is a plus.
Knowledge of productivity metrics and quality analysis for outsourced operations.
