The Role
The Strategic Finance & FP&A team is responsible for setting the roadmap, and guiding AiDASH towards its long-term financial success. The Strategic Finance Lead will be owning key financial reporting responsibilities, and driving strategic impact across product, go-to-market, and key cross-functional teams. This is a highly visible role with exposure to the entire leadership team at AiDASH.
How you'll make an impact:
- Build financial infrastructure and tools to help the company scale
- Be a strategic business partner to enable data-driven decisions making, including pricing strategy, unit economics and business expansion
- Own executive dashboards and financial reporting
What we're looking for:
- Expert financial modeling and planning skills, with at least 2 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or other direct finance experiences
- Keen analytical and strategic mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills to drive change management
- Approximately 15–20 hours of commitment per week

We offer a competitive hourly pay for this internship position, which is between $55.00 and $80.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. This range reflects the anticipated hourly pay rate for the intern. We strive to ensure our compensation packages are equitable and aligned with industry standards.
