Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Solar Distribution & Channel Sales

Key Responsibilities
✅ Drive territory sales and achieve assigned business targets
✅ Identify, appoint, and develop high-potential distributors, channel partners, and EPC customers
✅ Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, installers, EPCs, electrical dealers, and key decision-makers
✅ Own the complete sales cycle - from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure
✅ Promote Aerem's solar solutions and financing offerings to customers and channel partners
✅ Identify new market opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned territory
✅ Gather market intelligence, track competitor activity, and recommend growth strategies
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-sales support
✅ Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular business updates
Preferred Profile
✔ 2–8 years of experience in Channel Sales, B2B Sales, Distribution Sales, Electricals, Building Materials, Industrial Products, Renewable Energy, or Solar
✔ Strong understanding of the local market and channel ecosystem within the assigned territory
✔ Fluency in the local language is mandatory
✔ Proven ability to engage with distributors, EPCs, dealers, contractors, and business owners
✔ Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
✔ Existing relationships within the solar, electrical, inverter, battery, or distribution ecosystem will be a strong advantage
✔ Graduate required | MBA preferred
✔ Comfortable with extensive field travel
