Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage residential societies, housing societies, apartment associations, and key decision-makers.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits to educate prospects about rooftop solar solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with society committee members and stakeholders.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for solution design and proposal preparation.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
