Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage residential societies, housing societies, apartment associations, and key decision-makers.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits to educate prospects about rooftop solar solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with society committee members and stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for solution design and proposal preparation.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
