Sunstore is India's fastest-growing B2B solar products marketplace, part of the Aerem group. We distribute solar panels, inverters, batteries, and BESS products to a pan-India network of distributors and installers.
Role: Growth Manager
Responsibilities:
200 Crore in a year - you are the person who delivers it. This is not a campaign management role. This is an execution role with a number on your head.
As Growth Manager at Sunstore, you will own three things:
1. Brand GMV Delivery - Take a brand commitment and reverse-engineer everything needed to hit it month on month. Distributors, campaigns, schemes, ground team alignment - you own the full delivery engine.
2. Sub-Distributor Network (Solar Saathi) Generate leads, onboard new sub-distributors pan India, and keep existing ones active and ordering. Design monthly schemes and engagement programs that drive throughput.
3. Ground Team Enablement Design incentive programs, contests, and campaign tools for 100+ field salespeople so they are always pushing the right brands at the right time.
Your month looks like this:
- Review brand delivery vs commitment with full data
- Break monthly target into distributor-wise and region-wise numbers
- Design schemes and oAers to drive sub-distributor throughput
- Track actuals daily - if lagging, activate campaigns and escalate
- Prepare next month's brand growth plan and commit number
You will be measured on:
- Brand GMV delivered vs committed (%) every month
- New sub-distributors onboarded per month
- Sub-distributor activation rate (% ordering in last 30 days)
- Solar Saathi GMV as % of total Sunstore GMV
- Ground team incentive achievement %
- Brand GMV growth month on month
Preferred Candidate Profile: Must Have:
Adequate experience in channel sales, channel development, or trade marketing
Has personally owned a revenue or GMV number and delivered it
Has worked with a distributor or dealer network - understands how the ground operates
Comfortable designing schemes, oAers, and incentive structures from scratch
Strong with data - can read a funnel, spot a problem, and act without being told
Execution-first mindset - you build before you delegate
Strongly Preferred:
- Background in solar, FMCG, consumer durables, telecom, paints, or building materials
- Has been an RSM or ZSM earlier in career and moved into a growth or channel role
- Experience running lead generation campaigns for a distributor or partner network
