About Aerem Solutions

Aerem is on a mission to democratize solar energy for India’s MSME sector. We are providing a full-stack solution that includes high-quality EPC services and seamless financing. As we expand our footprint, we are looking for high-energy State Heads to build our franchise network and drive direct-to-customer solar adoption.

The Role

As a State Head, you will be the face of Aerem in your area. Your mission is two-fold: identifying and onboarding EPC Franchise Partners and driving direct sales to MSME clients. You will bridge the gap between technical electrical feasibility and financial viability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Franchise Network Development: Identify, vet, and onboard local EPC players as Aerem Franchise Partners. Train and manage them to ensure quality delivery and brand alignment.
  • MSME Direct Sales: Prospect and engage with MSME owners (factories, cold storages, warehouses) to pitch end-to-end solar solutions.
  • Technical Solutioning: Along with Franchise partners conduct detailed site surveys to assess shadow-free areas, roof strength, and electrical infrastructure. Prepare preliminary solar designs and generation estimates.
  • Financial Consulting: Leverage Aerem’s unique financing platform to provide customers with ROI calculations, payback periods, and EMI structures.
  • Liaison & Execution: Coordinate between the customer, the franchise partner, and Aerem’s internal credit/operations teams to ensure smooth project commissioning.
  • Market Intelligence: Track state-specific solar policies (net metering, subsidies) in AP/Telangana, Gujarat, or UP to provide accurate advice to clients.

What We Are Looking For

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in the solar industry, preferably in EPC or rooftop sales.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, SLDs, and net-metering. Familiarity with tools like PVSyst, Helioscope, or AutoCAD is preferred.

Soft Skills: Good negotiation skills, ability to simplify and explain financing concepts, and a proactive “hunter” mindset for business development.

Language: Must be fluent in English and at least one regional language (Telugu, Gujarati, or Hindi).

Mobility: Should own a vehicle and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Education

B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).

Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in the Solar industry (EPC or Rooftop sales).

Technical Skills: Deep understanding of electrical PV systems, inverters, SLDs, and net-metering. Familiarity with PVSyst, Helioscope, or AutoCAD is highly preferred.

Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, ability to explain complex financing in simple terms, and a "hunter" mindset for business development.

Language: Fluency in English and the local regional language (Telugu, Gujarati, or Hindi) is mandatory.

Mobility: Must possess a vehicle and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
