SunStore, our B2B procurement and marketplace platform, enables EPCs and solar businesses to seamlessly source high-quality solar equipment - modules, inverters, structures, cables, BOS components, and complete solar kits - all in one place.

We’re looking for driven, street-smart Area Sales Managers and Zonal Managers to accelerate our growth across South India.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and grow strong relationships with EPC contractors, solar installers, and channel partners
  • Drive on-ground sales and business development for SunStore across your territory
  • Onboard new EPCs and partners onto the platform and drive repeat business
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the right solar procurement solutions
  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → conversion → collections coordination
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics
  • Work closely with internal teams (category, operations, credit) to ensure smooth order execution

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in field sales / business development
  • Background in sectors like solar, electricals, building materials, FMCG, e-commerce, distribution, telecom, or industrial products
  • Strong comfort with B2B sales and on-ground relationship building
  • Ability to work independently in a high-ownership, target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with local markets and dealer networks is a strong plus

Language Requirement

  • Fluency in at least one South Indian language (Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam) is essential
  • Strong communication skills in English/Hindi preferred
