Position: Assistant Manager – Finance

Role Summary

The Assistant Manager – Finance is responsible for managing financial reporting, accounting operations,

statutory compliance. The role involves supervising accounting activities, ensuring compliance with GST,

TDS, and Income Tax regulations, and supporting financial analysis to assist management in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Monitor and scrutinize books of accounts on a monthly basis.

• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in accounting systems such as Tally ERP9 / Tally Prime.

2. Compliance & Taxation

• Manage GST compliance including filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C.

• Handle TDS calculations, payments, and filing of TDS returns.

• Ensure compliance with Income Tax and other statutory regulations.

3. Audit & Internal Controls

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.

• Assist in preparation of audit reports and supporting documentation.

• Review accounting entries prepared by Accounts Executives to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualification

• Semi-Qualified CA / CMA

• 3-4 years of experience in accounts, taxation, and audits.

• Ability to lead and supervise accounting teams.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills.
